"When I arrived at the accommodation, it was 16:00 when I opened the door of the apartment, the smell of smoking was in the whole apartment, and I called the mail phone for the input instructions and exposed the situation. A cleaning officer who did not know Portuguese and did not understand the problem, came in at the door just a few minutes ago, and then came in without a permission, the person who had taken care of my phone. " I warn everyone of this provider CASA 92! I was victim of a phishing attack after I received a false message from this provider about Airbnb. In the message I was asked to update my information on a fraudulent website. Due to this fraudulent activity I was forced to cancel my booking, of course by chance without repayment!!! The customer service of the provider was absolutely inadequate and incooperative. Despite multiple requests and statements, the amount outstanding was not repaid to me. I can only advise everyone to make a big bow to avoid similar problems and financial losses. It is disappointing that such unfair practices can occur on a platform like Airbnb. I hope Airbnb will take appropriate measures in the future to protect other users from such fraud. --- make sure your assessment remains factual and clear, but at the same time makes clear what problems you have experienced. This can help other potential renters to protect themselves from similar experiences."
