The owners are incredible, the staff is amazing and very helpful , the place itself is of undescribable beauty filled with nature all around us. It's my second year of hopefully many many more. I always bring my dog on vacations and this is the best place for it. They also have dogs in the compound and my dog could not be happier. If there was a score higher than 5 I would definitely give it to this place."

"Clean hotel but without hot water in the rooms for bathing, reception was questioned and informed that we should leave the water running and we would have water to take a shower, which after many minutes of wasting water did not happen, inconceivable. At the SPA there was no one to tell us where to change and store our clothes, as well as to provide towels. At breakfast, some foods that should have been hot were cold."
