"We didn't bring a s'mores kit because we assumed there would be one in the cabin, but they hadn't actually provided one! We relied on the information in their confirmation email and didn't bring our own; although the staff member we called promised to bring one, he never did. Unfortunately, we missed out on that experience, and their employee lied and stalled us instead of finding a solution. If he had simply told us there wasn't one, we could have bought one elsewhere. This was not nice at all; it didn't live up to Marriott standards"

"Firstly - the previous reviews seem to be from a long time ago. As you approach the motel it looks very much 1908s and that's what it turned out to be. The guy on reception was friendly enough and we went off to our room. It's a usual motel room with the normal facilities you'd expect. The decor and bed/chair was dated. We found that the bedsheets were clean and the bathroom and towels were clean. In fact we had a good night's sleep on the bed and pillows. The room itself would have benefitted from a full clean but, as I said, the essentials had been taken care of. The 4* ******* rating says "very good", I couldn't go to that, hence the 3* rating. "

"The Inn is immaculately clean, the rooms are comfortable, and Victoria is the perfect hostess. We can't recommend this spacious charming B&B enough. This is a beautiful place -- a real find. Breakfast is a delicious treat. We will definitely return."
