Hesse hotel is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. Reception. When first getting here there was little advice or help with anything . Bar was not open no food was being sold . Breakfast. Choice of breakfast was egg or hotdog sausages no bacon very poor selection of continental choices tinned fruit at best . When ask for bacon or something told there isn't any and shunned away. Having stayed here for 4 days in a room with no Internet never cleaned even though requested had to chase for clean towels . Staff make you feel terrible everything is hassle for them. There are better hotels around the area for a similar price after talking to people . Please dont spoil your holiday by staying here .

3 star stay!
Overall expetience was good. Check in was easy, but the bathroom was dirty with hairs all over the floor when I got there. Reception made sure I could have another room as they said it was too late to get someone to clean. The second room was clean - rooms overall are basic but clean. There is no conditioner, only a combined body/face wash/shampoo. Bottle of water was provided in the room. Breakfast was really good considering it was included in the price of the room!

Werner Belz im Hotel vom 27.11.2025 bis 30.11.2025 Positiv: Frühstück i.O. Abendessen i.O. Zimmer vorhanden! Personal war stehts bemüht! Negativ: Reception nicht, 24:00 Stunden geöffnet, wie im Intern. Ausgewiesen. Hotelbar nicht bis um 00:00 Uhr geöffnet. Kein dir. Ansprechpartner (Wir geben Ihre Beschwerde weiter). Tel. Einheiten Preis nicht auf dem Tel. ausgewiesen. Abendessen von 18:00 bis 19:00 Uhr!(Sind wir bei der Bundeswehr?) Das Restaurant hatt ldt. Intern. von 18:00 bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet, um 20:00Uhr war schluss. Da das alles nicht zutrifft, ist das BETRUG! Das Personal sagte uns, das sie tägl. nicht unter 10,00 Stunden arbeiten. Durch die vorgegebenen Öffnungszeiten wollte ich eigendlich meinen Geburtstag feiern! Herzlichen Glückwunsch Herr Belz Werner Belz

Der aufenthalt war schön.
Allerdings einiges anders als in der Beschreibung. Rezeption nicht 24 Stunden besetzt, sondern von ca. 10 bis 16 Uhr. Den letzten Drink an der Bar gibt es zwischen 21:40 Uhr und 21:45 Uhr. Restaurant ist nur für Gäste mit halb Pension. Einfach abends ins Restaurant gehen um was zu essen geht nicht.
Hatte dieses Hotel leider Aufgrund der Beschreibung gebucht und war daher schon enttäuscht.
Personal jedoch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Zimmer waren staubig. Auf die Sauberkeit sollte man mehr wertlegen.

Leider war die Bandtüre defekt, somit hat man immer den Lüfter gehört.

Insgesamt ist alles o.k. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas aufgepeppt werden. Obst Auswahl sehr übersichtlich und nicht schön präsentiert
