"A cozy hidden gem in the city center! This charming little hotel is a breath of fresh air right in the middle of the bustling city. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel instantly at home. A huge highlight was the hotel’s kitchen—the food was absolutely delicious and prepared with so much care. Hotel Maribor, City Apartments ★★★★

📍 Ulica kneza Koclja 22, Maribor, Center

"The first impression is fundamental: a smiling welcome, an apartment for 4 people and a Jack Russell: red wine as a welcome and, ladies and gentlemen, in the heart of the 'old' city, a few meters from the river and surrounded by first-rate venues, museums, cafes... Maribor is one of the jewels of Slovenia."

We had a had a spacious bedroom/living romm and an extra bathroom. It was very clean. The lady who welcomed us was very friendly. She explained us the family history of the house. The hotel is situated on the banks of the river drava, very nice! In the morning we useed the time for jogging along the river. A big thank you to the staff for the warm welcome!"

Hotel Maribor & Garden Rooms ★★★

📍 Vojašniški trg 8, Center

"Hotel facilities are good and meet the standards, but the reception desk has a lot of room for improvement. The attitude is rightly arranged for us in the room in the corner of the elevator (Room 1). We specially told her that we wanted a quieter room. I am sorry. I will not say it. Also very reasonable. Some disappointment as a customer"

Hotel Piramida ★★★★
"I arrived a couple of hours before check in time, but was allowed to check in early and also the friendly receptionist upgraded me to a better room. So first impression was good. The room was very spacious with a view over the city. Breakfast was excellent, I particularly enjoyed the good selection of fresh fruit. Location is a short walk to the bus and train stations and also close to historic centre."

Hotel Maribor, City Apartments ★★★★
"We checked in one location but had to drag our luggage to a second location down an alley of cobbled stones closer to the river. We were rewarded with modern charming rooms decked with kettle, coffee maker, complimentary water and even a small bottle of red wine. Slept with the windows wide open in April as we can’t control the temperature of our room. Room was new, clean. Our room look different to the Internet photos. I guess the hotel has rooms with different configurations. Location is fantastic. Hotel located in the city centre."

"We had a wonderful stay with our family. The establishment was very family and child friendly. They served a delicious breakfast and the establishment had extremely kind hosts. I 110% recommend staying at this B&B! Also, the room had a beautiful view of the Drava River and was an ideal location in the Old Town. Parking was also very convenient."

"A special thank you to the young lady at reception, who was exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful throughout my stay. She guided me through the directions to the hotel, helped resolve my parking situation after I forgot to reserve a parking space, and made the whole arrival process completely stress-free. She also kindly provided an extra pillow, which made my stay even more comfortable and ensured a great night's sleep. Small gestures like these make a real difference and are a wonderful reflection of the hotel's hospitality."
