Our cabin has a wood burning fireplace and central heating, there is no air condition in the home so we do suggest checking the weather for Dorrington when you research the area. Summers stay very neutral around 80-87 degrees, the cabin stays a comfortable 75-79 degrees on those days. The top bedrooms and living room have ceilings fans and both rooms have portable fans for your comfort.
