I bought it from my brother in 2020 and completely remodeled it with new bathrooms (2), kitchen/appliances/cabinets, wrap-around deck, bay window and seat, and hydronic heating system. We're in the heart of Quartz Creek Valley with beautiful views all around. This is alos across the street from our other cabin (listed on VRBO) 2 124 Gunnison Street, aka "Island In the Sky".
