"We stayed at Wild Cat Resort at Tadoba for 3 nights and we had the best stay of our lives. The resort is well planned, designed and built with impeccable taste with the owners taking care of the smallest details. Water supply is from the natural reservoir inside the resort and every care has been taken to make use of the natural resources and preserve the environment. Few hundred fruit trees and different plants have been planted in the resort giving it a feeling of a mini forest inside Tadoba reserve. The owners Prerana and Madhukar, were always there to take care of our smallest needs and providing us with suggestions to plan our sight-seeing activities. All the staff (who are locals) were absolutely humble and courteous. The food is tasty yet homely and we didn’t feel we were eating in a restaurant although it was restaurant quality. Overall the service was of the highest quality, which is lacking in many of the so called big resorts. We would love to visit the resort again and enjoy the superb hospitality of Wild Cat resort."

"I would give this place 500 stars if I could! The people, place, food, vibe - everything was EXTRAORDINARY. Right from first interaction on WhatsApp when I was just inquiring - they were very thoughtful and responsive with all my queries. Samrat's hospitality, kindness, responsiveness and knowledge - on how to make the trip the best experience for us is EXCEPTIONAL! He lives by the saying "athithi devo bhava!" He was super kind and generous with his time to come over with us to our safaris and he shared all his incredible knowledge with us about birds, flowers, plants, trees, insects, animals, the forest and also got his DSLR to take photos and let me tell you - he is a very talented photographer too!! He is on a great mission to educate everyone about wildlife, conservation to inspire all of us to do our part in learning, contributing to nature and to live in harmony. The food - needs a special mention! My kid avoids wheat, nuts, eggs and every time I travel, I always carry his food/cook - but this is the first place that made me feel comfortable to not worry about this. They asked all details, his meal preferences and the chef, the restaurant manager, server - everyone was informed and they made sure he got special options and variety!! I was AMAZED at how much care they took. They even made special dishes just for him. I was really blown away!!! My kiddo, who is an extremely picky eater - was extremely happy with the food!!! Another special mention is the responsiveness of housekeeping - they multiple times made sure my room was bug free and absolutely neat. Lots of water in the room, ***** with great toiletries and comfortable beds. I was in an elevated luxury cottage and we saw deer, langurs, storks - all from outside our balcony!! Was insanely cool. They kept the jungle vibe alive within a luxury resort. Every detail is very well designed. Only feedback I would have is that the place gets pitch dark after sunset - and when you have an early morning safari, navigating to the front gate is quite challenging and scary even :)) but I know there's some active construction ongoing, so possibly this will be addressed soon."

"The lodge is beautiful, everything is recycled which really appeals to me. The food was amazing ( especially the home made ice cream) and the lovely staff can't do enough for you. The rooms are very comfortable, and the beds are great which is very important. We were very lucky with our wildlife sightings and saw 5 tigers in 2 days together with deer etc so very exciting times. We definitely spend more time there on our next visit."

"The premises could be managed better even in off season. Huge area but staff on leave being a lean period may have hampered the maintenance. Nevertheless this place is worth the money spent. Furniture and interiors in dinning space and reception area require the attention of the proprietors. Raj Patankar the GM extremely positive and brilliant person. Could meet him in person but his communication on phone was constant and he had been monitoring his staff while on leave at Mumbai. Sandeep Muske, Sanjay the chef, serves finger licking stuff. The house keeping staff, Prafull and Asmita ensuring the room is kept neat n tidy. Deepak and Ashish manning the dinning hall, ever ready to serve with a smile.
