"Three years after the mask business failed, people-oriented service should be given more attention. This is my second time participating in the Changning Marathon, but precisely because of this, the hotel, which usually costs around 200 yuan, has raised its price to 500 yuan due to the official marathon. While the price has increased, the breakfast provided remains the same (worth only 200 yuan a night). The service is mediocre, except for the slightly better room facilities. Although my room had a short circuit in the bathroom that night that burned out a light bulb, everything else was acceptable. But honestly, is this hotel's business model of finding opportunities to rip off customers reasonable? It's disgusting! I won't come back a second time! I wish you great wealth!"

"We booked two rooms for two adults and two children, aged 16 and 4. The hotel is small, very cosy, and surrounded by a beautiful bamboo forest. The nature around it is stunning, with fresh air and a wonderful sense of peace and quiet. It is the kind of place where you really feel at one with nature. There are many different natural attractions nearby, as well as walking trails. In the mornings we went running through the forest, during the day we explored the surrounding area, and in the evenings we enjoyed swimming in the pool. The hotel itself is very cosy, the rooms are spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds, excellent bed linen, good curtains and air conditioning allowed everyone to sleep incredibly well, almost like when we were children. The hotel has a beautiful warm swimming pool, which is carefully looked after by the staff every day. The water also appears to be continuously refreshed. A good breakfast was included in the room rate. There were eggs, porridge, noodles, oat or coconut milk, and several other dishes. It was more than enough for us, and everything was excellent. We also had dinner at the hotel. On the first evening we ordered far too much because the portions are very generous, especially the soup. Even though the staff warned us that it would be too much food for us, we only removed one dish from our order! Everything was delicious and we really enjoyed it, especially the shredded pork with bamboo shoots and the huge portion of assorted mushrooms from the local bamboo forest. The food at the hotel is very well prepared. Many thanks to the young woman who looked after us during our meals, and to everyone who cooked for us! By the way, after they found out that I love dumplings, they twice brought me additional portions as a complimentary treat. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. "The service was excellent, Check in and check out was smooth and quick. The guy who runs the place went over and beyond. Before we left Chengdu we added the phone number and connected with him on WeChat. He helped check if our train (We bought tickets for Yibin) passed through the nearer train station. He helped to organize a driver for us from Yibin to the hotel. For breakfast the served simple but yummy bamboo noodles. Cleanliness I give them 10/10. The hotel is well maintained, super clean, even under the beds (we moved out 2 beds together). The bed was too comfortable. The pillows were super great. Had a beautiful 2 nights of sleep. The room was spacious. Location is great. A little away from the main area but close enough to walk there. the museum bus station is a few meters away (3 mins walk) and the cable car is 1km away. I suggest walking there, its a beautiful walk surrounded b bamboo. The guy who runs the place helped us to map the route to the places we wanted to see. I would stay here again."

"This is probably the best hotel in the entire scenic area. It boasts a traditional Chinese garden landscape style with winding paths leading to secluded spots, creating a very comfortable and picturesque environment. We even received a complimentary room upgrade to a much larger space, which was fantastic! The fragrance of flowers wafted in, and enjoying a drink by the window was pure bliss. 😄 It's also quite close to the Giant Panda Enclosure, about a 20-minute walk. How could you go wrong sharing the same space with our national treasures? Enough said, pictures speak for themselves!"

"I came here with friends and our child. The room was comfortable, and most importantly, the facilities were great. We could eat local specialties, including a full bamboo feast, and also enjoy hot springs and karaoke. The only downside was that it wasn't the right season. We'll come back in the summer; the bamboo forest is definitely worth a visit!"

The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and a free, spacious parking lot, making getting around effortless. "Our family traveled during the National Day holiday and stayed at the Jinjiang Yunju Suite (where we stayed) and the Lake View Room (where my parents stayed; I didn't take pictures of the room). We had a great experience, except it was a bit pricey during the holiday. No complaints though. 1. Good cleanliness 2. Powerful air conditioning 3. Excellent quality dinner in the restaurant, except we didn't get to try the barbecue, which was a slight disappointment. 4. Comfortable bedding, with spare blankets provided. 5. The local eggs at breakfast were delicious, a big hit with the whole family. The spicy noodles were also tasty, and there was freshly ground coffee. It would be even better if they offered some Western-style breakfast options, such as hot milk, bread, or cakes. If you're visiting the Shunan Bamboo Sea, I recommend staying at the Jinjiang Yunju in the scenic area for a relaxing and leisurely vacation."
