The elevator goes directly to the guest room floors, so you don't have to detour with your luggage. It's truly hassle-free for self-driving travelers."

"There was a yellow water stain on the sink as soon as I entered; I don't know if it was from not wiping it properly or what. The showerhead was faulty; not only did the showerhead leak when I turned it on, but the pipes were also leaking, so I ended up washing my face with it. But for this price, staying in a smart hotel is worth it; overall, I'd give it four stars at most. The front desk service was very good, especially the handsome young man with glasses; he was very pleasant to look at. I'd go again if I had the chance, just to see a handsome guy!"
