The suite's lobby lacked trash cans, which was inconvenient! Environment: The hotel's facilities were generally quite good, but the rooms were poorly maintained! The lobby was rather messy. Service: The hairdryer in the room was placed on the bedside table, which was puzzling. There was a wedding in the next room, which was quite noisy, starting at 5 am; it was basically impossible to sleep!"

"My stay at Changyi Hanlin Hotel (City Government Branch) was excellent! The hotel boasts a superb location, close to the city government and major commercial areas, making transportation convenient and easy to navigate. The hotel's decor is elegant and sophisticated, the lobby is bright and clean, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The beds were soft, and I slept very well. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, providing efficient check-in and check-out, and even proactively helping with taxi hailing and luggage storage. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a perfect choice for business trips and family vacations. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changyi! 🌟"

"Very nice. Newly built commercial building. Hotel with online store on the third floor. The decoration is very new and comfortable to live in Except that the corridor is a little dark, the aisle lights are voice-activated. The long corridor is dark The room is still very good and the Wi-Fi is fast. There is also a laundry room that I only used for three nights and didn’t use. The location is very good, just opposite the county hospital The sound insulation of the glass is good and it faces the street. It won't feel noisy after it is closed. Will come again in the future"

I couldn't find my room, and the staff were very patient with me both times I went down to the hotel. The hotel is very clean, with no unpleasant odors, and the service is excellent. I've seen other hotels that are really smelly and have a bad environment, but this one offers incredibly high value for money. Don't hesitate, choose this one!"

I stayed during the National Day holiday and couldn't sleep all night because of all sorts of noises. The sounds of children running and jumping, the sound of water running upstairs, and the sounds of the neighbors opening their doors and talking were incredibly annoying."
