"I stayed at Hotel Le tiburon by myself for two nights in early April. I was a little nervous travelling solo plus I don't speak french and I decided not to rent a car. With that said I was taken in as if I were family. The staff was so kind and literally offered to drive and pick me up anywhere if I couldn't locate a taxi. The rooms were immaculate and tastefully designed. The shower was the best part at the end of a long day. The water was hot and the pressure was great! And the bed was so comfortable too. My two nights staying there were the best nights sleep I have had in a LONG time. It helped that it was super quiet. An added bonus was the lovely breakfast that I helped myself to in the morning. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The homemade yogurt was sublime. I would most definitely stay again! Such a charming place."

"We cannot praise our stay here enough. Emmanuel and Michel are so welcoming and their attention to detail is outstanding. The house is stunning and the setting is tranquil. The gardens have some very unusual plants which have been collected over several years. Would definitely recommend and will return ourselves one day."

"In need of a last minute hotel, we came across Hotel La Regence and what a lucky find. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Our room had a lovely view over the harbour and the en-suite was quirky and fun with a spa bath. The room and communal areas were all perfectly clean. In the evening we choose to eat in the restaurant again the staff were friendly and the service was good. We choose the set menu and were not diss appointed with the quality of the food. Shall certainly be staying here again next time we are in Cherbourg"
