"We stayed in Panna Tiger Resort for 4 nights. We experienced great hospitality, super duper food and very prompt service. We never got a NO for an answer. I was pleasantly surprised by they making food, whatever we wanted. The morning breakfast we carried during the safari was ready before 5 am. Very homely with a nice view of the river Ken. This place is also very close to the entry gate of the forest. The service staff are so welcoming, each and every one of them. Would love to come and stay again. "The breakfast included option is a joke to say the least. First they don't have a buffet and you have to order from menu. After we had our breakfast as part of inclusion, the waiter came to me saying you have to pay around 400 extra as we only allow 300 as part of breakfast cover for double occupancy. When protested that this was never shared with us during check-in, we were diverted to the reception. There they again tried to pin it on us but we refused. At the time of dinner on same day, they added extra items to bill and refused to change the bill in system. During final payment the dinner bill and breakfast issue came up again and it took over 45 mins for it to be resolved. Rooms were average, cleanliness average, found a big rat in cafe area they had cought in night, washed utensils were left on floor like it was nothing. Will not recommend it to anyone"

The property is an ideal location for wildlife enthusiasts and families looking to explore Panna. With its breathtaking views and delectable cuisine, especially the unforgettable taste of the Bundeli chicken they served, our experience was truly memorable. We met the owners of the property who have recently bought this beautiful property and managing. They were very warm friendly and I saw them taking regular feedback from all the guest, which was appreciable."

"The approach road is through rural areas. There were no lights. It was full of pot holes and cowdung. The hotel claimed that cars were available to take guests to and from the main road, but they weren't available whenever required. There were innumerable chandeliers and fancy lights in the hotel but BASIC AMENITIES were MISSING. There were no lift/ elevator facilities. It was particularly inconvenient because the dining hall was on the first floor. It was very painful for senior citizens to climb up the stairs everytime. The less said about the food the better. It was tasteless."
