"The room was quite new and clean, with a small balcony, which was nice. However, the door opened to a meeting room, which was quite infested with flies. The hotel is a little out of the city center, but it's still within walking distance. It was a bit noisy at night due to the loud music from the restaurant across the street. The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak. Overall, though, it was a good value."

"What a unique and beautiful new hotel conveniently located one block away from Cholula’s Great Pyramid, tons of tourist shops, and the city center. The customer service and hotel were outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to book a stay at Hotel Santa Irene. Such a gem, and you won't be disappointed, as this was our family's favorite hotel while staying in Mexico. "

"Booked here as part of a wedding group that had a reception across the road. The hotel is "average". TV remote control provided to you upon check-in. Sheets and towels are changed every day, whether you like it or not. No facecloths provided. All decorative elements in room are glued down (fake plants). Drapes did not fully close as the rail was jammed. Shower curtain was in need of replacement. You will not be able to sleep here on a weekend without ear plugs - there are 3-4 event spaces at hotel or nearby, with weddings and 15th birthday parties going up until 4am. Staff were otherwise helpful with any issues!"
