Relais Masseria Villa Cenci

Relais Masseria Villa Cenci ★★★★

📍 Strada Provinciale per Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino

"I was in Villa Cenci as a tour leader for a big group reunion from Poland; we had a two day cycling tour around the trulli area. The place is really fantastic, with a large garden and a swimming pool, ideal for a peaceful stay in the countryside; it is located close to many attractive places of Puglia. The staff was really welcoming and professional. The food was excellent at breakfast and at dinner. Highly recommended."

Relais Masseria Villa Cenci ★★★★
"I went to this facility for an event planning appointment. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Due to a slight delay, caused by getting lost, I arrived about 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Despite this, the person I was supposed to meet wasn't present. I waited over 20 minutes, while the very kind and helpful receptionist showed me around the venue. In the end, the manager never showed up, and I was forced to leave without any explanation. A facility that organizes events should demonstrate greater professionalism and respect for their clients' time."

Hotel Lo Smeraldo ★★★★
"We had a triple room that looked like a cell, low beds, soft mattresses, outdated furniture, sad lighting, air conditioning that didn't work. We asked to change rooms and they refused. A real disaster, it's in the middle of nowhere."
