"One of the best places I've stayed. Super quiet and friendly atmosphere, excellent hygiene. Spectacular location for those of us who like to be a little further away from the hustle and bustle (25 minutes walk from downtown Puerto Viejo), and steps from the beach (literally located in the middle of the vegetation and the sea). Facilities are not luxurious but super comfortable and functional. Bedrooms with space to leave personal items, reading lights, and individual power outlets. Spacious and always clean bathrooms. Large, well-equipped kitchen so you can cook at any time. Integrated restaurant for those who want it. Unbeatable price/quality ratio. Alejandra's attention and good vibes should be an example to follow ＜3"

"The housenetten are very large. We stayed at 4 and the place is idyllic. We saw parasites, iguanes, monkeys and toucans. The terrace is beautiful we are as transported in the middle of the jungle. Near the beaches and shops. Ideal for family"

Casa Moabi ★★

"Absolutely charming B & B in the jungle, walking distance from the beach. Owners are very warm and welcoming, shared space is comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, with plenty of hammocks, hammock chairs, sofas, and a big shared kitchen. I stayed in Room 1, a triple, which is the biggest room. Air conditioning and fans worked fine and I was very comfortable, although I opened the wood shutters and turned off the AC during the day so I could hear the jungle critters. All the rooms have en suite baths and all, I believe, have AC. Room 1 faces the front of the property, so you may hear folks coming and going, but I was never bothered. Room 2, another triple, is right next door and faces the back of the property. It's not quite as big but it's quieter. Groceries are a 10 minute tuktuk ride away (about $7). I stocked up on my arrival and cooked most meals for myself, but they do offer breakfast for a reasonable price. You're surrounded by jungle so you hear bird song and howler monkeys all day. One of the most relaxing vacations I've ever had. Definitely recommend!"

"The apartments and bungalows were spacious with comfortable beds, we had three of them. The owners setup our tours and our Rondon cooking class as well as the transportation to and from. We enjoyed the pool right next to the bar. The staff was very personable and went above and beyond the entire stay. You’re off the main road so no road noise and only a two minute walk to one of the best beaches around. There were a couple of sloths, agoutis, dart frogs, toucans and howler monkeys on the property. I will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone."
