"We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Douglas before and it has always been at the highest standards. Not an easy job as there are very friendly oil workers that stay here and they know the drill - no dirty boots!!!! Their mama's taught them well!! The hotel is always clean and well appointed with nice rooms and nice hospitality room furniture for the morning breakfast. The front desk staff are always very pleasant as we met Tina and Savannah as we checked in and checked out. We also met Stacy in the hospitality breakfast room and she put together the "World Renowned" Holiday Inn Express breakfast - love those biscuits and gravy, and the signature cinnamon rolls - I do't get that at home!!! Another great stay at the Holiday Inn Express, Douglas, Wyoming!!! They really get the hospitality business!!!"

"Hotel was clean and fresh. Given its location I was a little worried that it wouldn’t be a great place to stay, but it really was as good as any other Hampton Inn I have stayed in any where else. Check-in went smoothly, but overall the staff was sort of disorganized. We asked for late checkout and then had two different staff members asking us if we were checking out. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again."
