"Have stayed here for 17 years, always felt welcome, cared for. This year we were disappointed. No water dispenser in lobby, no IHG rewards member recognition, no maid service(we were there 3 nights), not even trash cans dumped, towels replaced, bathroom cleaned! No response to fixing a bathroom issue, no face soap in bathroom, just very sad, it used to be a very nice place to stay, and for the price they now charged us, like it's the Hilton, could you please provide some services?"

"My employer makes me stay here and it’s absolutely disgusting. Most of the time after I check in I have to clean my bathroom because it’s usually full of *****. Luckily the supply room is always unlocked so I can access the cleaning supplies. I always check the bed to make sure I have clean sheets. It’s happened where the bed is full of hair so that tells me that the bedding wasn’t changed. Out of all of the Travelodges that I’ve had to stay in, this one is the worst. The front desk people are nice and so are the cooks in the restaurant. The housekeeping department needs major improvements. It’s obviously hard to find good help in this part of the state because it’s far from any towns and or cities. If I was traveling through I would NOT pay to stay in this motel. I certainly hope that this place improves its housekeeping."

"I stay at a lot of Hampton Inn properties during the year and this one had everything we needed for a one night stay. Everything was clean and the room was relatively quiet which was good considering how close it is to the highway. There are a lot of guests here that are working out in the mines and other places nearby so I was most impressed that the hotel was kept so clean. I’ve been in similar areas and the hotel couldn’t keep up with the amount of dirt and grease these guys bring in. If I ever find myself in the area again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here."
