"The receptionist was very friendly and cheerful, saying she understood a little Japanese! When I was fumbling around trying to figure out how to use the ice machine, she quickly gave me a plastic bag and put ice in it for me, which was a great help. The bus stop was relatively close, so I was able to move to catch the bus with my large suitcase after checking out without any problems. I was also able to buy food and drinks at a shop attached to a nearby gas station, and considering the price, I think the location is good."
