"This was a nice apartment to stay at. We were a group of 11, and stayed in three different sets of rooms. All of the rooms were clean and comfortable. It is situated right in the middle of the main piazza, which made it very easy to walk down and find many restaurants and cafes. The only downfall was, since it was right in the middle of the piazza, it was at least a 10-minute walk to the parking facility, which makes it a little difficult if you have a lot of luggage to bring back and forth from your vehicle. Despite this, we truly enjoyed our stay here and recommend it to anyone coming to Cosenza."

"This is the worst 4-star hotel in Italy !!! The walls are paper thin, the shower is the size of a phone booth, and the towels are cheap and thin. Toilet paper feels like sandpaper. The plumbing is noisy, and one can hear whenever someone on the same floor goes to the washroom. Breakfast is a disaster. There is poor selection. The coffee machine does not work. Mold on the orange juice container. Scrambled eggs are overcooked & dry. Hard-boiled eggs are cold & overcooked. Bread is a white, "supermarket" loaf. It is obvious that noboby cares about the hotel guests. Avoid if at all possible !!!"

"We stayed here with our family July 2024, and everything was awesome. Rooms were clean, and place was secure. Unfortunately there were no toiletries. We had some trouble with the power at the beginning of our stay, but the lovely lady next door to us helped. I think was the owner. The only flaw is the lack of parking. On the booking it states there is parking on the premises, but that is not true. There is paid parking down the street for almost 20 € per night, or you need to find free parking almost a block away. We were lucky one night to find parking right in front of the establishment, but then again public parking. The b&b does NOT have their own designated parking. Their booking needs to be updated. Also just to note, the air conditioning works like a charm, although it’s on a timer or the owners come into the room to shut it off when you leave. Each time we re enter the room, the air-conditioning is off, and it’s super hot in the room. Which isn’t the most ideal, but it doesn’t take long for it cool. Otherwise our stay was right in city center and was super convenient as we were able to walk strait into the town. Just a heads up, when you turn on the bathroom faucet make sure not to pull it too hard or it will spray all over you. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay here!"
