The Ship Inn Farmhouse is a charming Grade II listed thatched cottage with parking and only a 400 yard walk to the sandy beach at Crantock. Part of the property dates back to the 16th century.This beautifully presented chocolate box cottage lies in the heart of Crantock in a road that leads down to the beach, a minute’s walk from the pub, local shop, and a café. It is furnished in nautical style.The property boasts a wealth of character including open beamed ceilings, inglenook feature fireplace, original cob walls, and a stable back door. It has recently been fully refurbished with new central heating, a new kitchen, bathroom and 2 new en-suite shower rooms. Many features of the old cottage have been retained giving the inside of the cottage a modern feel but with much character.
