"The hotel looks old upon closer inspection in the rooms, but the service is good, the staff friendly, and the breakfast excellent. We slept well, and it was cool in the early summer even without AC running. We would stay here again, though it's not a must stay. Definitely good if you are passing through and need a place for a night."

"No indoor storeage for my recumbent trike. I was riding the GAP TRAIL, called the desk prior to booking and was told that there was indeed indoor storeage. I arrived to check in and was told there was no indoor storeage for trikes, only bikes...I did not stay there, found a different hotel that catered to me."

"Trying to add to other reviews with other viewpoints. Hotel is worth a stay. Great addition to the area. An elevated choice among other properties. Some good, middle and improvements follow to help and I would 100% stay here again. Unloading is in a loading zone that seems abused for over-stays. Parallel parking on a one way street and pulling in on the left side curb is a maneuver all drivers are not accustomed to so beware. The parking is distanced. The garage is in rough shape. I felt fine with it and forgive the gender stereotyping but I would not be as comfortable sending my wife or daughters to park and navigate elevators or stairs to floors 2 or 3 several times a day. Definite negative to think through. We did see a huge storage room for bikes at the hotel. Nice feature to utilize if there's a need. Team members were always available and present in the lobby. We had a non-functioning in-room safe. A call to the front desk was met with feedback of "I wasn't trained on that" which fell flat but we moved on. The lobby interactions were very hi and bye and I would encourage more engagement on the visit the area and the opportunities in an near the hotel. We did run short on toilet paper and the response was top notch and quick and we got and extra roll! In the room, which is skinny and small, we had two twin beds. There is no closet. The bathroom was great. I don't care for sliding doors (which seem to be a trend) but it was fine. My wife heard ambient noise from next door more than I did. Her bed felt and bit off while mine was fine. The TV selection is solid. It does lack a lot of depth. For a sports fans you get ESPN but nothing additional. We did not try the streaming options. Breakfast is not talked about (or wasn't with staff and us). They lay out a tray of hard boiled eggs with some fruit and on one day a bowl of yogurt with some muffins. We elected to walk down the street for breakfast at a great local place (Mark Cafe). Having a top-flight restaurant on site was awesome. That experience was 5-stars. Great drinks, food and service. Taking the elevator home was great after a full meal. The area has limited surrounding offerings for general retail. The revitalization remains a work in process. If you are interested in the local train ride there is a kiosk to get tix in the elevator area next to ice and water machines (also appreciated). Lastly there was an area that we could not access off of the 3rd floor that was a deck. It seemed locked more than by a key card. There were no tables. That would be a nice area to site down and enjoy the weather with a drink or meal. Sincerely a great place but not yet 5 star in totality."
