"This would have been a “one” rating but it was not a Motel 6. Check in staff was surly. We asked for a room on the side away from the interstate and were told all those rooms were filled. The three story hotel had 31 rooms on each level and there were maybe 10 vehicles in the parking lot so not sure why this request was denied.There was black mold in the shower. The thermostat did not work. Breakfast was only fair with the oatmeal all water. Overall not what we have come to expect from a Hampton."

"This was a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that breakfast ran out of food. Breakfast staff didn't show so others helped. They started taking orders the last 45 minutes of breakfast."
