"The air conditioning unit inside the room is incredibly noisy. When it's on, it sounds like a plane taking off... Also, the front desk staff are quite unfriendly towards Chinese guests. Be aware that sometimes rooms aren't cleaned, and when you go to the front desk, they'll tell you the cleaning staff have gone home and you need to book a cleaning service. Many of their services just feel inexplicable... Definitely something to watch out for."
