"This hotel satff need etiquette how to handle reservation and welcoming of the guest.Gossiping is the worst part instead of checking and apologize to the guest why the reservation is not made when the reservation is taken earlier and took my personal information.the receptionist Jessile keep on telling its ok there is a room.Fair enough what if there is no room we will sleep in the street?what is the use of early booking?If you are tired you will get more tired because of the fo attitude.saying kung ayaw nyo di maghanap kau ng iba.No one apologies and say you stay,they watch us going out like nothing happen.The only good in this hotel is the security guard they know how to welcome a guest and talk to the guest with smile and appropriate manner..shame on the front office staff..Worst experience ever.. Never again"
