"Business | Family Motel is in a fantastic location but the lack of old fashioned country hospitality ruined it for us. There was really no greeting at all and every interaction was very cold and certainly not welcoming! Rooms were clean however you could easily tell the carpets hadn’t been shampooed for a while. We also encouraged a strong sewage smell upon arrival coming from the bathroom. Beds comfortable, great location to one of the best pubs in QLD (Dalby hotel) however as a stay it was not overpriced. If the service was more hospitable and friendly this could easily be a 5 star property"
