1. The service was quite good; after we got off the car, hotel staff helped carry our luggage all the way to the room. 2. My child received candy upon check-in. The hotel also provided three drinks and two yogurts. 3. The laundry room is self-service, but it can get quite busy, and some guests are not very courteous, cutting in line for machines. There wasn't any staff to help manage the queue. 4. The breakfast selection was quite extensive. 5. The bathroom floor was very slippery when wet, and the disposable slippers provided were extremely easy to slip in. If the floor is slippery, the slippers should be anti-slip. Both adults and children slipped during our stay, and my child even fell. A fall in the bathroom, you can imagine how dangerous that is.
