"The receptionist at check-in was extremely rude. I came back after the New Year holidays and took a hot shower, but the hot water ran out after a short while. When I asked the receptionist what happened, they said... He told me, quite confidently, that it wasn't just my room, but all the rooms had hot water that ran out after 10 minutes of showering. The thing is, I hadn't even showered for 10 minutes! I don't know why he was so insistent, so self-righteous about how all the rooms were like that, as if it was my fault for complaining. If he had spoken politely and explained, I could have understood. We quickly rinsed off with cold water, and when we were about to go to sleep, we saw two tiny bugs on the bed. I squashed them with toilet paper, and then I found five or six more under the pillow. I was speechless. I called the front desk three or four times, but no one answered. I don't know why you sleep so slowly. 24-hour service is so slow to answer the phone. Later, the front desk kept asking me what to do, how to solve it. Am I the front desk? You're asking me how to solve it? I should be asking you how to solve it! At first, they said there were no rooms available, then they had housekeeping take us to the fourth floor to see a room, but the room they booked was occupied. They then took us to a leaky room, which we had to make do with. We finally got to sleep around 5 AM."

The staff smiled throughout the whole process and responded to the needs in a particularly timely manner. Whether it was asking for directions or asking for additional toiletries, they could be quickly satisfied and really felt at home. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, there is a passenger terminal opposite the hotel, there is a pedestrian street behind the hotel for eating around, and shopping is convenient. The check-in and check-out process at the front desk is efficient and does not delay the trip at all"
