Natura Vista ★★
"The staff was very accommodating, this is Sir Damian Cann so the staff will understand. I think I was the guest that changed their rooms and plans a lot. But the staff were always ready to help. The only thing I would suggest for all the single rooms is Big ceiling fans, again just so you can feel the air move."
Bayview Garden Resort ★★★
"Near in tagbilaran. The room is clean and staff is very friendly. We will go back again soon"
Mithi Resort & Spa ★★★★
"The hotel offers airport transfers, which you need to book yourself via email. While the service is a bit expensive, the staff are incredibly friendly. The hotel is very picturesque, the environment is lovely, and the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. You can also book snorkeling trips through the hotel, with boats departing directly from the beach. Overall, a really good experience."
Bohol Bee Farm ★★★
"What an amazing find! Location is quiet with good rooms and lots to do there. The views from the restaurant are fantastic and the food is also excellent. The breakfast is nice and we had an early check out at 4am and they even left a breakfast for us to take without us asking which was a lovely touch! The shop is great with local gifts made on site and the coconut ice cream is so so so good (spicy ginger especially amazing)! The rooms are a great size and comfy with good AC. Hot water wasn’t great but after a day in the sun a colder shower was welcome. The only thing lacking here is a beach but there are drivers outside the farm to take you around or they can organise a trip/ scooter rental. In this price range, this is one of the best places we’ve stayed. Will definitely be back. Thank you"
Vista 12 Panglao, Bohol ★★★
"The owner is very accommodating. The facility is superb. Love the view, the place and very clean. I highly recommend the place. It's worth it. We even made a mistake but haven't heard anything from the owner, no additional charges as well. We are still communicating since we wanted to make sure everything's okay during our stay and to make sure we left the accommodation as it is. Worth to book again hopefully with our friends. P. S: the owner will definitely accommodate and responds immediately if we need something."
Panglao Vista Suites by SMS Hospitality ★★★★
"A very mixed stay — a hotel that makes a great first impression but ultimately disappoints where it matters. When I arrived, I had high expectations. The property looks new and well maintained, and the reception team immediately inspired confidence: young staff, professional attitude, and excellent English. The room was decent — perhaps smaller than one might expect in the Philippines — but clean, well finished, and properly equipped, exactly what you would expect from a modern hotel. Unfortunately, things started to unravel at breakfast. As I don’t drink drip coffee, I ordered a cappuccino and eggs. The eggs arrived after about fifteen minutes — already a bit slow — but the coffee took over thirty minutes and three reminders. I initially brushed it off as a one-off issue. However, problems kept recurring over the following days, particularly at the bar and restaurant. The hotel ran out of basic items: no local beer (San Miguel Pale Pilsen), no gin — making a simple gin and tonic impossible — and no Coke Zero, which is inconvenient if you avoid sugary drinks. In practice, the choice was often limited to water, sparkling water, or whatever alcohol happened to be available. Food prices are clearly set at “tourist level,” while quality is merely average and portions are quite small. For instance, a pork adobo I ordered was noticeably lacking in quantity. More concerning, service times frequently exceeded an hour for a dish, which quickly becomes frustrating. Overall, the staff seem willing and friendly but clearly undertrained and lacking proper supervision. The apparent absence of management shows, even in basic service standards — from handling orders to preparing simple drinks. Finally, the hotel is relatively isolated, meaning guests rely heavily on its facilities — making these shortcomings even more impactful. In summary, despite good potential and modern facilities, the overall experience is disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel."
The Mayana Resort ★★★
"Too expensive but doesn’t have much to offer. The food is okay. The location is not my favorite too. It’s like in the middle of nowhere. The staff were nice at least."
RedDoorz @ Happy Stay Apartelle ★
"the room was very big cleaned and there was a kitchen and utensils that we can use"
Bohol Emerelle's Tourist Inn ★★
"Nice & lovely the stuff"

D & B Bluestar Beach Resort
"Hotel is right in front of the beach. Even tho there is not much to do in the beach, there are some interesting restaurants if you know how to find them. First hotel to have a toilet seat, tho the toilet still gets smelly. Breakfast included is okay, but appreciated. Staff is friendly. Find your motorbike from elsewhere cause these ones are a bit too pricey. Overall nice place."
Sapphire Boutique Resort
"The service is okay, Environment: average Health: OK Facilities: General"
Flushing Meadows Resorts & Playground
"Excellent."
LaVeranda Beach Resort
"A quiet place Private grounds with parking and a swimming pool. There's access to the sea, but it's for fishermen; the water is murky and the entry is awkward. Wi-Fi is available at reception. We stayed in a cottage with two large beds. The room was quite spacious. Breakfast was included: rice, a drink, scrambled eggs, and either ham or sausage. It was sparse, but it was there."
Bohol Shores
"The hotel is quite far from Alona beach, which was not a bad thing in my case. The location is very quiet and peaceful. The service was great. The food was ok. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool was the highlight of my stay at the hotel. The hotel is also close to the bee farm."
Villa de Gloria
"Nice place with parking, swimming pool and access to the sea."
Epic Suites Bohol (Adults-only)
"I have to say that this resort truly exceeded my expectations, and it was absolutely worth the price. The resort is perched on a seaside cliff, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean from the balcony. Its location is quite secluded and private, making it less convenient for going out and exploring. However, the facilities and atmosphere within the resort are so enjoyable that you probably won't feel the need to leave. The resort features a restaurant, spa, gym, private pool in the room, and a balcony overlooking the sea. One of the highlights for me was the animals—there are more than 20 rescued cats and two rescued dogs cared for by the resort owners. They are well looked after, very clean, and incredibly friendly. The service was exceptional. The staff were attentive, patient, and professional, providing a level of hospitality comparable to that of a luxury five-star hotel. The personalized service felt very much like having a private butler throughout the stay. Overall, I highly recommend this resort and would definitely return in the future. It was a memorable and enjoyable experience from start to finish. :)"
Bohol Vantage Resort
"Guests at Bohol Vantage Resort have generally praised the comfort of the pillows, noting that they contribute to a good night's sleep. However, experiences can vary, so it's always a good idea to check recent reviews for the most up-to-date feedback."
Island Tiki Paradise Resort
"I really liked this hotel, we were so well received, the staff was very friendly, during our week here we got so used to these people that we almost became family. Thank you very much. There is a swimming pool, a bar, good breakfasts are included, there are coolers with water. The houses are very cozy, the atmosphere of a village, roosters are crowing. The beach is not walking distance, but we took a bike and rode around the island. The hotel is not for the demanding, but for its money it is very good 👍🏼"
