"The hotel is next to the cathedral, right in the city centre. Parking was easy, I parked outside, the receptionist checked my parking location and gave me an overnight chitty to place on the dashboard. Room was spotlessly clean, bed was very comfortable, I slept like a log. My only complaint - as a former fire warden - is that fire exits are not clearly marked. I see others complained about noise, but I was there on a Saturday and heard nothing."

"We visited the hotel for the CAMPUS festival for the 3rd time. The room and meals were fine. The problem was with the festival tickets. They were not able to provide weekly passes only daily tickets which needed to be picked up every day. This was very uncomfortable and frustrating. The hotel manager was not kind and helpful, and did not offered any compensation. This year prices are 66% more than in the last year. This was our last time here. I do not recommend this hotel."
