"The hotel service exceeded our expectations. My friend and I traveled to Dechang to visit Luoji 99 waterfall, it is 2hrs drive from the hotel. The front desk staffs are very helpful, they helped us with booking taxi and even prepared snacks for us to bring along for our trips. It is great service with pick-up and drop off from the train station. The facilities are all very modern and new. This is the first hotel that I have stayed in China with free flow coffee and mini snack bar provided free of charge. The welcome fruit platter is something very nice to have too. The only thing that we would like to comment is the toilet and bathroom wall and doors are see through. It is kinda awkward when we are 2 friends staying in a room. But many hotels in China seems to have this see through bathroom design. The only thing that we would like to comment is"
