"Had a 2 night stay here. Fairly new hotel that we hadn't stayed in yet. Over roughly 10 years, we've stayed at most every other hotel in Dickson, and decided to give this one a try. Room furniture and such were in great condition due to being newer. Our 1 bedroom suite had plenty of space. Once settled in and unpacked, we found that one light didnt work, and neither of the two TV's would come on. Maintenance guy came up to fix the light, and then told us that due to a storm a few days earlier, there was no TV satellite service nor was there any WI-FI. Not that this would've been a deal breaker, but, we should've been notified of this at check-in. If we had young kids w/ us, this might've been more of an issue. The outdoor pool was kinda small, but, the temp was just right. Not freezing! No towels; had to go to front desk to get some. Breakfast food was ok, but, the tiny containers that hold the food, along w/ the lids and tongs were a pain to use. Just do breakfast like Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites! Free parking. Lots of restaurant choices within a mile or 2 down the road. A couple within walking distance. Would I stay here again on my next trip to Dickson? Yes; if I can actually watch TV during any down time of my stay, and if they recognize Hilton members like most every other Hilton property does; free bottles of water, and snacks at check-in. If not, theres plenty of other options in town. The lady that checked me in was clearly new; she mentioned it while I was standing there. The female manager seemed a little late w/ the towels, and she had little knowledge of the outdoor firepit. A little more training would definitely help."

"The room is clean, there are many hotels around, and the location of the hotel is easy to find. However, the hotel's breakfast options are a bit limited. For this price, it is quite suitable and suitable for a temporary stay for one night."

"I'm not picky when arriving late and just needing a few hours of sleep but it's not fancy. Let me fair, there was a small fridge and microwave that looked new, and the TV was a decent size. The AC worked great and even the bed was comfortable, if you could get past the cigarette burns in the bed cover and the stains on the sheets. They smelled and looked clean, just need to be replaced badly. The room itself was not bad, just old and run down. The furniture was VERY preloved but the room had fresh paint and it looks to have lots of potential. The tub and tile, however, were covered in mold stains and the countertop with sink was yellowed. The room smelled of cigarette smoke bad, and I don't know if all the rooms smelled like this because I'm not sure if my husband asked for non smoking when he went in to pay, so thats something to be aware of. I travel alot and this is basic at best but on a positive note, the front desk guy was friendly and its very budget friendly. Having lived nearby in the past, it is in a good location next to I-40 and it was quiet. Large area for parking if you're driving a big RV and we felt safe. Restaurants like Arby's, Mc D's, and gas station food within walking distance. Its not an area full of crime or bad people hanging around looking for trouble. Like I said, a few upgrades and it could be nice! It's about 35 minutes to Nashville and we paid just over $55. p/nt, which in 2026 is a great price! Luxury? Not at all but overall, still not a bad choice for a small budget and freeway convenience. On a last note, we always price out a room online first and then go in in person to ask for the same deal. They were happy to work with us so it saved us time by not having to go back and forth between booking on my phone first and then going in. Hope this was helpful and happy travels!"
