"I have been to so many 5* hotels in Turkey the last 3 have been amazing Xo cape arnna Barut Anda and last month the Akra didim So in my opinion this is a fabulous hotel, exceptional food and quality drink. Amazing staff from Guest relations, bar staff and a big shout out to Engin & Aneil around the pools, exceptional service, Food in the adult only restaurant is exceptional. Buffett is great 24hr à la carte and all à la carte top food and service. The adult only side have great sun loungers, swim up bar but I would say the family sun loungers need to be padded after a while they were uncomfortable. I had a swim up room great views and would definitely upgrade if price wasn’t too bad. We had children with us and they had a great time, arcade, pool, football and meeting new friends."

"Breakfast was basic, what's worse is that if you don't come early, some dishes won't be available because they're not replenished. Dirty plates weren't taken away either. Not many hot items: soup, chips, hard-boiled eggs and pancakes with spinach. We asked for omelet twice because each portion was probably made of one egg. Parking in front of the hotel, no problems, but it's out of season. Wifi - OK. Air conditioning heated properly, the floor in the room was tiled, so it took a long time to give off the cold. Restaurant on the 5th floor - good view of the area!"

"Lovely hotel that grows on you. The rooms are very good with some having great storage. Beds are changed completely every other day and cleaning is good although I would prefer the rooms to be cleaned every day instead of every other day. We arrived very late at night but night manager was very helpful and check in was quick and easy. The bathrooms let it down slightly as they have not been upgraded when the rooms were refurbished. Plumbing is not very good but the water is always hot. A shelf in bathroom would be fabulous, somewhere to put your tooth brushes and toothpaste etc. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. From the managers to Hussain who gives out high fives when ever you see him. He makes you feel so welcome. A pleasure to see him when he was on duty. Bar is good, certainly not over priced and measures are very good. We did not eat at the hotel, only breakfast which is a traditional Turkish breakfast. Wish there could be yoghurt and fresh fruit available. As a two star hotel that is in a fabulous position, close to each, restaurants, bars and shops you cannot fault it. Would certainly use it again in the future."

"The first thought. What kind of resort is this. Misleading. It’s not a resort. Let’s go with hotel. The room is okay decent size. Bedsheet dirty. Bedding dirty. Room smells like sewage Food. All inclusive? What all inclusive. Where’s the food at. Snack bar had 2 piece of patty and few chips that’s it. Patisserie not much option Dinner time. Had to wait ages for rice for it to finished. Hardly any food option Honestly if you came here to relax at the place this won’t be it. I had to go out to get food. Because food satisfaction not there Spa area Steam room not working Sauna not working Indoor swimming pool cold and dirty As though it hasn’t been sanitised for days Drink option not much variables Lounge area. They switch the light off so it feels gloomy and scary. You want to relax in the seating area downstairs as you don’t want to be couped up in your room all day. This was more expensive than the Aquasis resort. And I beeen there. That place felt like a resort and 5 * in comparison to this crappy place. The morning turn front person is alright with his service. But even still. This is more for local people to come. Not for tourist from Uk"
