"We got straight off the ferry and arrived at Mercure for brilliant service, fantastic family room and perfect location. We only spent one night before moving on and really enjoyed our stay. Staff were so helpful and it was so clean and comfortable. However we were unable to make the heating work in the room so we were a bit chilly!"

"Average experience. The hotel is located quite far from the city center (15 minutes by car), but there is parking if you arrive by car. The service at the reception desk leaves something to be desired. It's long and not necessarily the most friendly. The shower is a nightmare. The shower pressure is very low. The bedding is very basic and not particularly comfortable. I would say the strong points are the proximity to the coast, the parking lot, and the McDonald's across the street from the hotel."

"We stayed at this Ibis for just one night as a stopover on our way back to Calais from Brittany. For 1 night it fits the bill, it is pretty basic, the rooms are tiny but clean. Parking is OK, the Restaurant was closed on the Saturday night when we stayed, but the Bar was open. You can walk into the Town in about 20 Mts, but be warned it is up a very long hill coming back to the Hotel."
