The guest rooms are well-laid out, meticulously cleaned, with dry bedding, separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and ample hot water. The rooms are well-soundproofed, ensuring undisturbed rest at night, and the internet is stable, allowing for smooth video streaming and work without buffering. The self-service facilities are comprehensive, making travel very convenient, and the price-performance ratio is outstanding. Overall, I had no disappointments; I was able to properly rest after a tiring trip, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area! Children's Buffet Breakfast: The hotel showed great care and attention to my child, proactively offering gifts, toys, and candy; the service was exceptional."

"I booked the hotel because of the motorcycle theme in the lobby, but when I wanted to shower that evening, there was no hot water. I asked the front desk, and they said they would run hot spring water from outside for a while, but after 10 minutes, there was still no hot water. I had to find a nearby public bathhouse to shower. This is the first time in all my hotel stays that I've encountered a hotel without its own hot water system. The location is also relatively remote, with no restaurants nearby; I had to take a taxi to the city center. The breakfast was passable, to say the least. I don't usually give bad reviews to hotels, but this time I just couldn't stand it."

"This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel leaked guest information, allowing security guards to knock on doors indiscriminately. They started knocking on my door at 6:30 AM, before I was even fully awake, and kept doing so because I had parked my car in a private parking space. The space was completely empty, and when I went to move my car, I couldn't find the original owner. The security guards were truly diligent; the hotel was a complete mess."

"First of all, the room was large and the bed was very comfortable. However, there was no elevator, which is understandable given that many places in Dingxiang don't have one. What I don't understand is that the room was booked before I even checked out, meaning I couldn't extend my stay. They didn't even call to confirm. I really wanted to give a bad review, but the environment was quite nice, so I couldn't bring myself to. I hope they'll be more careful next time."

"A wonderful hotel, brimming with warmth and hospitality—from the front desk and guest rooms to the restaurant. The hotel entrance and the first-floor breakfast area give it an American feel. It's incredibly close to the highway. There's a meeting room on the first floor with double U-shaped seating. The duvet covers have the Xiduo logo printed on them, and the thickness of the towels is unparalleled. The breakfast, both hot and cold dishes, was delicious. One type of pancake had a perfectly crispy exterior and a perfectly cooked, soft yet firm interior—it was incredibly fragrant; I wonder how they made it—it must have been amazing! When I asked the front desk staff for recommendations on local restaurants, they gave very definite suggestions and even pointed out the slight shortcomings of a third restaurant. Thank you to the front desk staff, the housekeeping staff, and the restaurant staff!"
