"It's ridiculous! After an hour and a half, they only managed to check in a handful of people. There were only two staff members responsible for check-in, and one even left halfway through. The process was incredibly slow. This is the first time I've encountered such a laughable situation 😂 The work efficiency is truly appalling; it's already 2:30 AM and the lobby is still packed with people. I have a few questions about this situation: 1. With all rooms sold out, is it really possible to only have one staff member at the front desk? 2. Even with flight issues causing a backlog of people in the lobby, they couldn't handle it promptly? Is this a large company? Are we, who booked in advance, supposed to wait here for two or three hours? Choose carefully; this processing speed is truly eye-opening! Haha."

"Good location for being close to the airport. 15 mins drive. But the rooms are not clean at all. The walls, the vents and the floor are not clean. There are holes in the wall. Breakfast is eggs, beans, sausages, yogurt, milk. Better to get the McDonald’s breakfast close by."

"We had a great stay. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, with a really cool view overlooking the airport. The location is unbeatable, especially for an early morning flight. Being directly connected to the terminal made everything smooth and stress free. Since we had to leave before breakfast service started, the hotel kindly provided us with a breakfast box. That thoughtful attention to detail made a big difference and made the start of our long journey much more pleasant. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it for anyone flying out of Montreal."

"I don't know why airport hotels are so terrible at soundproofing, but this one was one of the worst I have ever stayed at. I was put in the "quiet" wing, but was woken up constantly by the HVAC machine starting up and shutting down. Then the constant door slamming and voices in the hallway that are typical of airport hotels. All this meant I got nearly zero hours of sleep and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Also, the shuttle drivers in both directions were surly and unhelpful."
