"Very nice hotel, clean and nice staff. The problem I had is we were placed next to the arcade. We had an early morning and it was open until 11 PM, the air hockey table was so incredibly loud, we could hear everything in our room that happen in the arcade and tell it was closed.I called several times but they said there was nothing they could do about it because our gate was open until 11."

Open floor plan, a carpeted bedroom area with king bed, a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa, a living room, mini-kitchen, laundry and bathroom. The mini-kitchen includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, table and chairs. The desk, looking out at the woods, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. The entire space is completely updated. Private entrance. This is in a quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs with my dog. Safe and secure.
Amenities include: 60" HDTV with Amazon Prime, Netflix, and many DVDs. I provide shampoo, conditioner, soaps, makeup remover. Hair dryer and curler. I have toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, washer and dryer supplies. Bedding, blankets, pillows, and hangers. Ironing board and iron. Board games and books.
Mini-kitchen: Mini fridge, microwave, crockpot, toaster, glasses, plates, bowls, utensils, coffee, a few food items, and snacks. Disposables, too.
Guests will have private access to the lower level of my home only. It has a private entrance around back. Free parking right in front of my home, on my side of the street, facing in the right direction. Go around the block instead of using neighbors' driveways to turn around (Iowa law). Walk up the driveway and down the steps.
You will love the gardens, back yard area and wooded view. It is private and peaceful. Lots of wildlife, birds, and pollinators.
