Sonesta Hotel Gwinnett Place Atlanta
8.1 (114 reviews)

Sonesta Hotel Gwinnett Place Atlanta ★★★

📍 1775 Pleasant Hill Rd Suite A, Duluth

"My stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing and highlighted several areas that require immediate attention. First, the property itself is outdated and in need of a full remodel. The overall appearance feels worn and not well-maintained, which impacts the overall guest experience. The bathroom condition was unacceptable. There were visible cracks and stains in the caulking, and it’s clear that new white caulking is needed throughout the entire bathroom. This made the space look unclean and poorly maintained. Additionally, the shower gel dispenser was empty upon arrival (Day 1) and was never refilled during my entire 3-night stay, which reflects a lack of attention to basic housekeeping standards. Another issue was the heating system, which was barely adequate during cold nights, making it uncomfortable to sleep."

Holiday Inn Express & Suites ATLANTA NE - DULUTH by IHG ★★★
"The hotel was undergoing renovations, but I checked in late in the evening, so it wasn't particularly noisy. Luckily, I was assigned a newly renovated room, so I had a great time in a clean room. The breakfast was simple, but clean and delicious. My child seemed to like it, saying he wants to go again. :)"
