"Wow! I was impressed. I have felt that the “Comfort Inns” have been a little lacking in the past few years regarding cleanliness, lighting, breakfast, etc. as a matter of fact, even though I was a “choice member” I avoided staying at a Comfort Inn. I had no choice and had to stay at one in a different location a couple weeks ago and it only confirmed my thoughts, “don’t stay there”. However, this one at Vail/Beaver Creek was quite different. It was clean, lighting was bright, even had hot soup and hot cocoa in the late afternoon waiting when we got back from a fun, cold day of skiing! I liked it so much that I actually recommended this particular Comfort Inn to others."

"The bad review was for the hot tub. The water was warm at first, but not hot. It was not hot enough for a hot tub. The tourists who were soaking in it said that they had called the workers to fix it. My child and I started to feel slightly hot water pouring in a few minutes after we went in. After about 10 minutes, the water was a little hotter than at the beginning, but suddenly a large amount of cold water began to pour in. The pool quickly became cold, so we left quickly. The next morning, my child and I both caught a cold."

"On property now. The service is simply incredible. The staff, from front desk to cleaning to valet is extremely accommodating and genuinely friendly. It is definitely slow season here now (seems locals call it “mud season”) but plenty to do especially if you are willing to take a ride. Vail Village is charming. Took a ride to Frisco and Breckenridge and highly recommend brows in stores and eating in Breckenridge. Many restaurants are closed but has not been a problem (yet). First rate Ritz Carlton team. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!"

"I reserved a studio villa at Birch and it has a murphy bed. I honestly think the one weird thing (and I've stayed at other places/hotels with Murphy beds) was there were no sheets ready to go on the bed and pillows were no where to be found. Had to dig around and I found a bag in the closet that had a flat sheet and a pillow, but surely it is all extra bedding. Not even a comforter to be found. Never had to make my own bed in a hotel..."
