Overall Caeli is a luxury art & wine hotel that overlooks the beautiful vineyards and offers different experiences in a refined and tasteful way. The hotels well-equipped and professional team has a perfect service approach. I already liked Caeli red wines, which I have been drinking for 5 years. However, after having the chance to stay at the hotel and visit the vineyards and winery in September 2023; I admired both the carefully selected contemporary art collection, the meticulous and special techniques they applied for the delicate processing of grapes during viticulture and wine production, hotel' good and sustainable agricultural practices, and hotel' knowledgeable and friendly team."

"A hotel with some character right on the edge of town. Very quiet location with great views from the garden. Breakfast was wonderful, traditional Turkish with homemade bread and jam. Room was comfortable with aircon. We had booked a standard room which was very small and we upgraded to a bigger room at additional cost. My husband had a drink of Efes in the garden, but wasn’t too chuffed when charged 400tl or approximately £8 😱 but i wasn’t charged for my glass of cay. We had a very pleasant stay and the staff were helpful and friendly."

He was not only warm and friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience in the area. His local tips and advice were incredibly helpful and really enhanced our trip. One particular moment that stood out was when we had a puncture with our hire vehicle. Without hesitation, he stepped in to help and quickly arranged for a local mechanic to assist us. Thanks to his efforts, the issue was resolved within an hour — a huge relief during our travels! The level of service and care we received truly exceeded our expectations. We left very happy and would highly recommend the Crowded House Hotel to anyone visiting Eceabat."
