"We enjoyed our stay at the resort. However, the service in the restaurant was disappointing. We waited a long time for our food and even saw it sitting on the counter for about ten minutes while all three waiters were standing around, seemingly avoiding their customers. On another day, we specifically asked whether it was still happy hour before ordering drinks, and the waitress confirmed that it was. When she returned with the drinks, she told us that by the time she had gone back to the kitchen, happy hour had already ended. This was frustrating, as it was unclear why she would confirm happy hour and then refuse to apply the discount, especially since it was minimal. When we went to check out, we noticed some inconsistencies on the invoice. There was an extra dinner and drinks charged to our room that we did not order. When we pointed this out, the staff were unable to find a receipt for those charges, so we recommend double-checking invoices carefully. Apart from these issues, our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the pool was often occupied by many children whom we suspected were not guests of the hotel"

"The hotel has a swimming pool and the most famous local entertainment venue. Because the climate is hot in summer, the lobby and rooms are fully air-conditioned and very comfortable. The hotel security guard is at the lobby door 24 hours a day to welcome guests. Free WIFI, very fast. Great! Will come next time~"

"Friendly staff, okay breakfast, useful location, good value for money, decently equipped comfortable chairs and bed Internet with Starlink is good enough but it doesn't work across the whole room - the owner was honest about this. Hard to communicate with property beforehand. The airport transfer never turned up, so ended up getting ripped off by a taxi on arrival. "

"It was not long after the earthquake in Port Vila. I didn't rent a car the day before, so I found this hotel temporarily. Overall, it was just livable, the hygiene was OK, and the breakfast was good on the island. The attitude of the hotel staff was OK! This is a good place to stay on the island!"

"Warick Le Legon Resort and Spa is amazing, I was lucky enough to have a villa over the water.. and it didnt disappoint. The Staf are awesome, and the facilities are very good. This is a fantastic place for everyone to stay, especially families as there is many pools of varying depths to choose from. The buffet breakfast was one of the best hotel buffets I have sene anywhere, so much to choose from and everything was hot.. rather than luke warm like many others. Thank you to everyone at Warwick Le Lagon Resort for everything. And thank you for the lovely treat I found on my bed when I came home from dinenr last night. Such a lovely surprise."

"It is a very convenient location to the Airport. The staff are constantly cleaning the environment. The management are not quite fluent in English, which creates a language barrier for effective communication. The food options are not great. I attempted to order one chicken dumplings meal from an outdated restaurant menu, but I was told that it’s no longer available. So, if you want better food options, it’s best to walk around town. Be prepared to give 1,000 VATU, for key deposit that would be returned upon checkout. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others!"

"Although I don't have my own exclusive beach, but I have a small cottage garden house, it is very comfortable to live in, the service staff is very friendly, the breakfast is a single point and OK, it belongs to a nice location in Port Vila, not far from the airport, almost 2000 kW. Next to the Holiday Inn, the environment is very quiet."
