Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ennis by IHG ★★★

📍 601 N Sonoma Trail, Ennis

"We had a family event and left the hotel around 11 AM. We came back around 10 PM to find our door open but none of the towels or anything had been changed. WHY WOULD HOUSEKEEPING GO INTO OUR ROOM AND NOT DO ANYTHING AND THEN NOT LOCK THE DOOR BEHIND THEM? After speaking to the front desk was told housekeeping, unlocked all the doors and then cleans them and locks them obviously this is not a safe way to do business. Anyone can just walk into our room at any time."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ennis ★★
"Front desk fellow needs training. He doesn't know how to handle guests checking a. The property is old, but clean and nice. Amenities are poor. Overall, if you want to be in Ennis there are not many choices, so for sleeping a night this is fine"
