Breakfast is unfortunately not as good as could be, with only one kind of bread, no spelt bread or wholegrain, no brioche, no veggie-milk. People with allergies should not take breakfast. Though they do have their own honey produced by the owner’s bees on site. A delicacy."

"That was A wonderful experience at a hotel that is very close to the airport. The location is great. The room was quiet. It was quiet and I slept well l Which is about the most important thing to me. The hotel is clean and pleasant. The shuttle service to and from the airport was extremely efficient. Great helpful stuff . Breakfast is wonderful. For those who cant use the shuttle tram T7 is very close to the hotel less than 2 min. So I recommend on both. "We stayed for a one day meeting. The main lobby area is nice and good for small teams to gather and enjoy. The meeting room was nice. The parc is very nice. The dinner was too poor in qty/set up. The main dish was just cold. We asked to warm it up, it came back kind of warm with the comment that we need to serve ourselves fast! Same comments on qty/set up for the lunch day after but main dish was warm then. The rooms are ok except the tiny window. Ok you spend more time outside than inside your room but still a room with large wall and small window doesnt feel cozy. "

"The hotel was well-located, clean, and well-insulated, although we had an air conditioning problem the day before our stay. What I disliked most was that Hani chose this hotel specifically to enjoy the spa and pool, but to my surprise, upon arrival, they were unavailable and apparently under renovation (information that wasn't displayed anywhere on the website when I made the reservation). I was very disappointed about that. The setting was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the floor was clean. The balcony was also well-positioned, but not clean at all. We were on the third floor, and neither the table nor the chairs, let alone the floor, were clean. However, the staff were polite and welcoming."

"Reservation made online. Checkin also done online, at the request of the hotel to “save time”!! In the end a 50 minute queue to collect the keys. Intolerable! We were invited to a wedding and missed the cocktail party due to the delay. And we weren't the only guests in this case. Another group was also at the hotel, invited for a birthday in the region. Same expectation for this group. Just one receptionist who did what she could! And yet the hotel was well aware of the number of people it would have to accommodate. Comfortable bedding. No kettle, no tea or coffee bags. Bathroom to review in particular the shower (joints, curtains without all the rings). Basic equipment for a 3 star in a pretty park with swimming pool. What a shame."

"Hotel near the Massy-Palaiseau RER station for direct trips to central Paris. Nice pool. Unmotivated staff. Couldn't fix the in-room safe. Lacky response from reception regarding breakfast times, nowhere to be found. Meager breakfast due to large groups of bus tourists who finished everything, with a lackluster explanation. Housekeeping was half-hearted, with no clean glasses or coffee cups. Clutter was left in the stairwell for four days. The receptionist sent us away at checkout without a clear invoice. We had left a €350 deposit on a credit card. After insisting, I finally received a statement of charges and the balance. Exit tickets for parking (paid €10/day) didn't work. Great location, mediocre service."

"Badly located hotel far from any amenities, the rooms upstairs behind overlook a stream with lots of shrubs and grass, the staircase leading upstairs needs to be redone, full of humidity, no heating in the room, it was very cold at night, lots of mosquitoes line the front door of the room, the toilets are cleaned only with water, no product, it smells like pee, the pillowcase and the white sheet have big traces of mold on the edges."

"It's a disaster, as far as the care of hotel guests is concerned. The secretariat and the people who run the hotel are not friendly, we were not allowed to have an aperitif with the family, we had to wait almost 90 minutes before he reacted. The unacceptable restaurant, for a gastro and a catastrophic lunch, I did not imagine and learned that everything is prepared by a caterer, there is no real cuisine!!!, I hope that word of mouth will spread, not to no longer have anything to do with this hotel-restaurant establishment., this hotel has all the advantages, but poorly managed."

"Lack of cleanliness and cleaning protocol. Dirty shower cubicle with lots of hair and fur. On arrival, the toilet bowl remained open in the cubicle. Lots of hair on some pillows. A sheet on the bunk bed was dirty. The floor of the room was not vacuumed. This room was catastrophic in terms of cleanliness. We had asked for a baby bed but they no longer had any. Fortunately, we had the right number of towels to cover our pillows and sheets. Very disappointing"

"We came for a birthday brunch. Bad service, poor choice of food, no salmon or scrambled eggs left at 1.30 and told there would not be more. The cheese was unappetizing and obviously straight from the fridge. Cooked food was worse than on a motorway cafe and not well served The ‘glass’ of wine was a quarter of a glass, served after the food (no one to ask). For 47 euros each we were expecting top quality food and not many arrays of pasta and lentil salads with empty serving plates. A huge disappointment"
