📍 64 Rue de la République, Eu

"We had a pleasant stay in Eu: quietness, accessibility and well-being ☺️. The house is very pleasant, the room 3 we had was very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast is relatively simple (no buffet) but correct."

Domaine de Joinville & Spa ★★★

📍 95 Rte du Tréport, Eu

"Beautiful setting. Our room (spa zen room) was large and nicely decorated. The large bath has only airflow, not a real spa; and there is no separate shower; so it's impossible to shower standing in the bath with only a short showerhead. One hatch window was missing: so there is early light leaking in. No airconditioning: so be aware in hot season ! Excellent breakfast. But only two espresso cups in the room for the whole stay (on that price level a refill daily should be standard). So in all: nice hotel; could improve a lot; and quiet expensive for what you get"

Traveling with friends
Domaine de Joinville & Spa ★★★
"Not a great experience- we asked for a ground floor accessible room and got a suite in the Donjon which was nice if a little dark, but our friends’ room in the chateau was small, tired and tatty. We booked the restaurant but it wasn’t made clear until we checked in that the only option was a €58 set menu. The food quality was very good but it wasn’t value for money and with only two main course choices, not to everyone’s taste. In addition it wasn’t made clear that spa access was extra; the outdoor pool area looked tatty and two jets in the swim spa weren’t working. On the plus side, breakfast was wonderful, but again cost an extra €17."
