"As soon as I entered the room, there was a huge smell of cigarette smoke that made me dizzy. I went back to the front desk to change rooms. The front desk said that the room type did not distinguish between non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms. If you really mind the smell of smoke, you can only pay an extra 100 yuan to stay on the non-smoking floor upstairs. I asked if I could ask the housekeeper to confirm and find a room with no smoke smell. The front desk said that there was no way to ensure that there was no smoke smell, so they could only pay more to change to a non-smoking floor. I have stayed in so many hotels, but I have never heard of anyone asking for extra money for a non-smoking room. And when booking, there was no indication that the room type was non-smoking. In addition, the booking price on Ctrip is 361 yuan, while the price announced at the hotel front desk is 298 yuan. I added 100 yuan, which is 461 yuan, to stay in a room type of 298 yuan, just to avoid smelling the smoke. It's really weird. If you can't provide good service, you still treat consumers like pigs. Everyone pay attention to lightning protection! ! ! Don’t book on Ctrip either! ! It’s cheaper to book directly at the front desk!"
