"The service could definitely use some training. From the start, the front desk was not pleasant but just did her job. The main issue was the manager in the bar area. After a shift change and after them cashing us out of our $1100 bill, they removed our big party stating that we didn’t have a reservation for the dinner service even though we continued to purchase items. She made no sense on why we had to move and was rather aggressive on asserting herself. Disappointing situation considering we had a block of 10 rooms and a large reception the next day."
