"Hmmmm, this price is probably the highest in the city, but I really want to complain about the facilities. The bathtub in the balcony room was completely broken and spraying water everywhere. The bathroom didn't have a drain, making it extremely damp, and water even flowed into the bedroom. Also, for some reason, the tap water had a lot of small solid stains, which was disgusting. The room itself was also very dirty, with inexplicable stains left unremoved. The sheets were torn, and you could even see the hair of previous guests inside the mattress. The receptionist on duty that day was very helpful and tried to find solutions, but all he could do was bring a few towels to absorb the water. The experience was terrible."
