"Very disappointing experience. I booked this hotel because of the Radisson brand, expecting a high standard of hospitality, but the property felt more like a 3-star hotel than a premium one.The staff service was poor, and several room amenities were either missing or not working. The door lock, room phone, and tea kettle were faulty, and even basic items like tea cups were not provided. The overall maintenance of the property was below expectations, and the garden was not well maintained.I stayed here with my family, so comfort and safety were especially important. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the reputation associated with the Radisson brand. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality of service and maintenance."

"The hotel is located in a lane just off the highway running through ********. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffets were generous, varied and tasty; good value for money. The hotel was full of guests, but quiet and orderly. Our only criticism concerns the poor plumbing in the ensuite: every pipe leaked onto the floor, and the water left a musty smell that penetrated the bedroom. In the absence of a drain, the shower could not be used."

"It is First happen I am stayed in Raddison but feel like it is third class below local level property sorry to use these kind of words vocabulary but it’s really worst experience Room 216 stay date 3rd July 2026 karan sharma table chair not cleaned mosquitoes fly in the rooms and it is junior suite room I don’t know what happen in normal categories front desk staff very casual not given any proper response no where feel of Raddison my humble request to Raddison management they people destroy your name sonmarg I would never stay here again and not to suggest any buddy One thing is good that would I appreciate that your food and restaurant service which remarkable and that I can that’s because Mr khalid who’s is in Resturant and his team there service hospitality personal intraction really good appreciable rest save your name otherwise change your name.
