"No hot water facilities, no mineral water, no light, tab lekage in bathroom, very congustrade room, no hospitality, no cleaning facilities, stale food, they are much rude behaviour. Me and my children have got ills due this. I didn't stay all 5 night there, due to too much problems i have to left that resort, i want refund my money back, i spoiled my trip. When light come then tv did not work. Terrible condition of my room. They have few roon spacious but they didn't not provided me, the manager told me if you want to left hotel you can go i will not refund you, neither provide me facilities nor ready to refund money they like very professional greedy person"

From ferrying our luggage to helping our car navigate the snowy terrain and ensuring our room was perfectly pre-warmed, their dedication was evident. The food was an absolute delight, offering top-notch quality and taste that perfectly complemented the chilly weather outside. Over our two-night stay, every aspect from the luxurious rooms to the impeccable service and accessibility to key locations was flawless. The staff even braved a fresh snowfall to transport our luggage to our car upon departure. For anyone visiting Sonmarg, I cannot recommend Arco Hotels & Resorts highly enough—it truly is the epitome of comfort and warmth in a winter wonderland."

"I stayed here with my family in a suite room 3 Adults 1 Child. We will look at these objectively as Pros and Cons Cons: 1. The hotel seems to be lacking absolute operational synchronisation. Restaurant during the morning breakfast seemed dis-arrayed and confused with no supervision. One would have a feeling that for the hotel the job is done with the breakfast laid down. Under staffed and half empty buffet bowls. Spread was ok not too elaborate but also not constrained. 2. Our suite room did not have hand towels in either of the bathroom and bath mat missing in the main bath. Had to call and request for it. Inspite of that only 1 hand towel was sent instead of 2. 3. Our suite was a 4 person occupancy. Only 1 bath towel was provided. Had to request for additional towels which was delivered after 3 telephone calls over 40 minutes 4. Only 2 water bottles provided. Additional bottle costs you INR 129 per bottle. For a 4 person occupancy in a suite 2 nos of 1 liter bottle is a way too less for human consumption. Over that additional water charges at INR 129 person bottle is also quite steep. This is in contrast to most Kashmir hotels that do not charge you for water. 5. The hotel does not have a communal space with games or group seating for you to chill in the evening with your group. 6. The rooms do not have a wardrobe for you to stack your clothes during your stay. There is an open hanger stand possibly in line with the interior theme but not practical. Don’t have shelves or space for clothes and you kind of have to pack unpack from your suitcase or push it on your bedside tables. 7. Television remote was missing. The remote provided had issues with seamless working. You had to press button multiple times for it to work. Pros: 1. Riverside view is good. Although for you to get to the riverside is not easy and accessible from the hotel. 2. Rooms are spacious and clean. 3. The open air lawn is good to bask in afternoon heat."
