The hotel is very efficient, it is not warm. Parking is closed at night. Good litter, well white flats. Low price (50 euros per family room) makes the defects acceptable (such as the giant spider in the bathroom 😱). Ideal for a family who wants to take a step on the holiday road.

Fast and ftiendly check-In. We ended Up in the 4th Level - with a ”Suite Privileg”. Warm, modern and cozy styled. Fully eqipped bathroom with walk-in shower and tube. Balcony outside the room. Breakfastbuffet was tasty with lots of choice, regional producats and stylish seating.

Des vrais volets électriques au fenêtre pas juste des rideaux comme dans la plupart des hôtels, du coup pas de lumière dans la chambre surtout en cette saison où le soleil se lève de bonne heure. Located in the vicinity of the stadium, in a quiet area but impossible to reach with public means. The rooms are not very large, the bathroom is in line with standards (except the nice washing machines ...), the boiler is available, the soundproof is perfect and the choice of kitchens is excellent. What makes the difference is the courtesy and efficiency of the staff.

My expectations were low and I was still disappointed. We had booked two rooms for a two day stay to attend a concert. The first room was ok, except for the smell of tobacco. It was also missing a plug so the bathtub was useless. The second room was filthy. Plenty of dust and grime on the walls several places, but that I could have accepted had it not been for the floor. The entire room was carpeted and on one side of the bed it was soaking wet. It stayed wet for our stay, even after maintenance checked it out. My husband accidentally stepped in it and his white sock turned brown. They also used some sort of perfume in the rooms and the hallways, which were nauseating. The food was edible. Pretty flavorless and bland. We ordered a charcuterie board and the sliced cheese had dried edges. The bread was also extremely dry, like cut to days ago and left on the counter. Breakfast was ok. Pancakes and eggs were good, but the rest wasn't much to write home about. Overall a very disappointing experience. Except the lobby and the staff. Lobby is gorgeous and the staff was extremely pleasant.

Correct price quality for one night between flights.

The guy in charge of the night shift (Eliman or something like this?) can teach hotels around Lyon how to manage walk-in clients. He is excellent and talked me into booking his facility when my plane was cancelled. Rarely saw such customer attention. This was the opportunity to discover the hotel and the location. Excellent bedding quality and bathroom amenities. Highly recommended.

Beautifully designed hotel. Very aesthetically pleasing and thought out. Nothing nearby to walk to so you’re kind of stuck there, unless you’re going to an event at the stadium. Parking is extra cost. The room was relatively small but had everything required. Our carpet was stained and found some dark hairs in the bathroom. Otherwise quiet comfortable stay in the room.
