The unit has a separate entrance from the owner-occupied upper floors and features a gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room, patio. The master bedroom is spacious and includes a king bed, an office area and sitting area (two futon sofas) and walk-in closet. The master bath has a double vanity and no-step shower. Second bedroom is smaller and has a California king bed with full bath. (This is an interior bedroom.)There is a futon in the master bedroom for an extra bed.Guests have their own washer and dryer.
