Sicilia Hotel Spa ★★★★

"We chose this hotel because of trying to meet budgets for the 3-generation multi-party family holiday! It exceeded our expectations. From arrival, Frederico was extremely helpful in settling us all in and the other reception staff bent over backwards to help with our requests. The rooms were clean, spacious and had everything you need (including a safe, fridge and decent hairdryer!). The owner, Kimberley was especially so lovely, kind and thoughtful which we very much appreciated. The continental breakfasts had ample choice with a small selection of hot food. The pastries and fruit were delicious. We loved having the outdoor pool to come back to relax in after a hot day exploring the local area! It was spotless with plenty of sun loungers."

Etna Hotel ★★★

"The setting of the hotel was spectacular and the service from the hotel staff was very good particularly given the circumstances where about 60 Australians who couldn’t speak much Italian were staying there. Food too was very good each of the 6 nights we stayed which was fortunate as there was pretty much nowhere else to eat out in the immediate environs. Only slight negative was the very small size of the shower compartment which would be a challenge for anyone more than modestly overweight to wash"
