"We found ourselves in Toulon in dramatic circumstances for our family. We needed accommodations close to the hospital, for an unspecified number of days. We found Hugo, an exceptional young man at the reception desk—kind, proactive, and professional—who introduced us to the manager, M. Rousselle. The manager was immediately understanding and available to accommodate our ever-changing requests. The hotel is new, well-designed, and well-organized. It's very conveniently located near the train station, but you can't hear it at night. There's underground parking. The room, tastefully and functionally furnished, has a kitchenette that allowed us to prepare our own meals for over two weeks (essential in our situation). The shower is very spacious. The laundry room (washing machine for €4 with detergent included and dryer for €2, both of which work perfectly) allowed us to wash and dry our clothes in just over an hour on several occasions. Le Hub Privilodges is a "young" hotel, and all the staff are smiling and helpful. But especially M. Rousselle and Hugo are top notch! We recommend it 100%."

"This accommodation offers basic very clean accommodation at a reasonable price. The lowest priced rooms are small with a mini sized bathroom, although they have a very good shower with plenty of hot water. Beyond a small breakfast area the hotel doesn't really offer anything else. It is situated out of town in a pleasant commercial area, but offers easy access to very regular and cheap buses to many lovely destinations."

"The hotel is situated right opposite to the train station. Overall, the room looks new and clean, with enough amenities like tea coffee, towels to satisfy the needs of hotel guests. Given that it is only a three star hotel, the daily room cleaning service is rare in European hotels, which is a good add on."

"Slow reception staff. We have not gotten our 100€ deposit back yet, even though we checked out one week ago. The staff needed to go control the room before we were allowed to leave. No toilet paper. Young kids working in the reception. Room needs restauration. The pillows and mattresses have some kind of plastic cover. 10 min walk to closest beach, several other nice beaches in a few kilometres drive."
